Membership Information & Terms

Membership Services:
All memberships include one session of the Signature Level Two Facial each month. Your card on file will be charged each month on the day the membership was established.

Additional Membership Facials Services:
Members may purchase an unlimited number of additional services for their personal use at discounted member rates.

Rollover Privileges :
Members may rollover any unused services to the following month. Rollover services expire 6 months from the date of issue. Upon termination of your month to month membership, accumulated member service packages will stay in your account and will expire 6 months from their individual date of issue. Rollover servcies may also be turned into Gift Certificates or gifted to a guest of the member.

Retail Discounts:
A 10% discount is given to all members on retail product purchases.

Gift Card Purchases and Guest Privileges:
Members may purchase an unlimited number of gift cards to be given to family and/or friends.

Membership Freeze Option:
A membership may be frozen for a minimum of one month and a maximum of three months with no additional cost.

Memberships can only be frozen two times in a 12 month period for a maximum of 3 months at a time. A membership must be unfrozen a minimum of 30 days before it can be frozen again.
Members can redeem accumulated services during a freeze but cannot utilize any additional membership benefits (i.e. gift card purchases, retail discounts).
A minimum of one payment must have been made before a membership is eligible to be frozen

Twenty-four-hour advance notice is required on any appointment cancellation. Failure to do so will result in the member's monthly prepaid being charged towards the scheduled service. Please text 971-237-7875 if you need to reschedule your appointment.
Failure to arrive on time for your scheduled appointment will result in a shortened session. If you arrive 15 minutes or more after your session, the session will be canceled, and your prepaid session will be charged towards the scheduled service.
You must notify the business about any address changes, contact information, and/or credit card information.
The Facial Room reserves the right to modify/change rules, services and pricing with reasonable notice.
