Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: To ensure the smooth operation of our services and accommodate all our valued clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: 1. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. These changes can be made by you online or by emailing hello@thefacialroompnw.com or texting 971-237-7875 2. Failure to cancel or reschedule your appointment before the 24-hour notice period results in a charge equivalent to the full-service price. 3. For clients who have pre-paid packages or memberships, a session from the package/membership will be deducted for a no-show or late cancellation. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
